Your Member Engagement and Support team
The Member Engagement and Support team coordinates and operates member engagement activities across the College and drives the development and delivery of products and services in response to member feedback. The team sits within the Professional Practice Directorate, which delivers innovative, engaging and high-quality member products and services through strong stakeholder engagement, robust data collection and comprehensive intelligence gathering.
STEPHEN RAINBIRD
Member Engagement and Support Manager
Stephen manages the Member Engagement and Support team. He is responsible for developing the College's member engagement strategy, coordinating member engagement across the College, and supporting the development of member-focused products and services.
HOOMAIRAH ATCHIA-RAWAT
Member Administrator (Support)
Hoomairah looks after the College's continuing professional development (CPD) scheme, from registrations, statements and reviews, to event and course approvals and CPD quality assurance processes. She also provides administrative support to the team and, in particular, takes care of our medical examiner and medical examiner officer services.
MEGAN TURNER
Member Administrator (Engagement)
Megan provides administrative and communication support to the College's member engagement services, including College events and webinars, member surveys and member enquiries. She runs the Member and Volunteer Spotlight blog series', and supports several initiatives to improve member engagement across various communications channels.
