This introductory training has been designed for people that haven't yet had a possibility to work with NGS but would like to understand better the sequencing workflow. During 3 virtual sessions (~3.5h each) spread over 3 days you will learn all about sequencing workflow including a comparison of traditional methods used in pathology labs with NGS approach; an outline of different NGS strategies, sample preparation methods and sequencing instruments; experimental design considerations and introduction to NGS data analysis.
