This combined RCPath and London/KSS HEE Educational event will focus on pathways, processes of the online ARCPs with the aim to improve understanding and overall experience of this challenging educational agenda for trainees and trainers alike.

TOPICS COVERED

There will be instructive and didactic lectures from trainees, trainers and TPDs with an opportunity to open discussion with the panel.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Educational supervisors, Training Leads, Trainees and Training Program Directors.

For trainees in particular, as ARCPs are typically held in absentia, this will provide them an understanding of the processes behind the decisions and outcomes, they receive.
The shared learning with discussion  will promote better engagement making the appraisal process smoother.
