Have you or someone you know made a positive change to the quality of pathology services? As part of CQI Awareness Month, we're running a competition to recognise and celebrate the individuals who have made improvements (large or small) in your workplace. For example, this could be a regular safety huddle with your team, re-organisation of your workspace for improved efficiency, or implementation of a checklist to standardise practice.

The winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher, publication of an article (based on the project's abstract) in the College Bulletin and on the College website, and the chance to present their work at a College event. 

How to apply

• Download and complete our nomination form – nominating yourself or a colleague. 

• Include up to 500 words on the positive change you – or your colleague – has made for the panel to evaluate. 
• Submit the completed nomination form to [email protected] by noon on 31 May 2019.
